PADI Seal Team

 

This week-long program provides children 8-11 with an in-depth introduction to the world of scuba diving — all within the safe confines of a swimming pool.

Seal Team training is not only an enjoyable activity in and of itself, it can give young divers a head start toward later certification courses.

New for 2009: For graduates of any Seal Team course, there is now the opportunity to take part in the Master Seal Team program in August. See dates below.

 

Who Can Learn? This course has two prerequisites: Be at least eight years of age. Be able to either answer No to all of the questions on the PADI/RSTC Medical History form, or secure a physician’s approval prior to taking part.

 

What is Involved? In each session, students complete activities under instructor supervision that are designed to help them master fundamental scuba skills, while learning the principles and procedures for safe diving.

 

Where Can You Learn? Classroom sessions take place at either Just Add Water or the facilities listed below.

How Much? The course fee is $200-$235 per student, depending on location. Students must supply the items listed below.

 

Required Equipment: Participants will need to supply: Swim suit. Towel (We provide everything else.)
