Sunset House, Grand CaymanNovember 3-10, 2010
The Cayman Islands, a British Crown colony, are inhabited by warm, friendly people who take genuine pleasure in welcoming visitors. They are justifiably proud of both their pirate heritage and some of the most beautiful beaches and reefs in the Caribbean. This area, located just 480 miles south of Miami, has become an increasingly popular mecca for scuba divers. You’ll thrill to these clear waters, multitudes of fish and impressive, rare black-coral formations along Cayman’s vertical walls. This is undoubtedly the world’s most popular dive destination. With hundreds of dive sites, you’ll see something different each time you take a plunge.
Our group will be staying at Sunset House. Centrally located just 1 mile south of the capital of the Cayman Islands, George Town. This is probably the best place to get in as much diving as you want. Shore diving is easily accessible as well as great sites reached in any of their 5 custom dive boats.
If you’re a diver or vacationer looking for things to do during your stay on Grand Cayman, Sunset House has everything you need. Easy access to the downtown shopping core. But far enough away that you don’t get stuck in traffic or people. Easy access to the south side of the island, ten-minute car rid from Seven Mile Beach and it is a great place to start an island tour. At Sunset House, you can enjoy:
